While I may be new to “blog posting,” I have been posting tidbits on twitter for some time now.  If anyone is interested, I can be found at @Deutschlaw and all tweets are archived for easy access.

I tend to view twitter as a “current events” undertaking - posting interesting articles about legal issues of interest in the news and unique opinions of bloggers posting commentary on those articles.  With only 140 characters of expression available, it is hard to conceive of a “twitter only” platform in what social media gurus label as “getting your message heard.”

I therefore opted to reinvent myself as a blogger, so that those individuals who may be interested in what I have to say will have the forum to hear it.  I ask my audience to please remain patient with me while I fumble through the beginning of this journey.

I intend to focus on a few distinct topics - Employment law, Corporate law, and Social Media. And, off we go….
